Our all-inclusive format is unique and provides the ultimate in service. Each villa has a headman who meets with his guests daily to plan menus, timing, and location for meals. Shopping, cooking, and cleaning bypass guests entirely, with meals and drinks totally-contoured to guest wishes by their headman. He plans for occasions to be celebrated and also arranges with the nanny and chef for child-friendly menus for his youthful guests.
Full breakfasts are served as guests arise each morning, instead of having one seating. Lunches and dinners get enjoyed together, and menus are part of our New Jamaican Cuisine with ingredients from local farms and caught in the fish-filled waters of our South Coast. Choices are plentiful combining the many rich traditions (Indian, Chinese, French, etc.) that support Jamaica's motto: “Out Of Many, One People.” If this is not quite enough, delicious appetizers are offered with cocktails at sunset and snacks can be made available too.
The Moncure collection of Jamaican furniture is enhanced by their extensive collection of fine china, crystal, silver and linens brought to Bluefields for your enjoyment. These are in keeping with what might have been used by the original owners, and tables are always embellished with gorgeous flower displays from the villa gardens.
