Adult guests are those who are over 16 years. For children under 10 years, there is a charge of $65/day. For children between 10 and 16 years, there is a charge of $75/day.

** An additional 20% service charge of the list price covers staff gratuities and local taxes.

Seasons are defined as follows for these all-inclusive rentals:

PREMIUM: Christmas Week minimums -- $15,750 at San Michele, $14,000 at The Hermitage, $12,600 at Mullion Cove, $7,000 at Cottonwood Cottage or Milestone Cottage
New Year’s Week minimums -- $18,200 at San Michele, $15,400 at The Hermitage, $13,300 at Mullion Cove, $7,700 at Cottonwood Cottage or Milestone Cottage

HIGH: Thanksgiving Week; Weeks from 15 December through 15 April

MEDIUM: Weeks from 15 April through 15 August; Weeks from Thanksgiving through 15 December

LOW: Weeks from 15 August through 15 November
