Seasons are defined as follows:
- PEAK: 15 December through 14 April; Thanksgiving Week; Easter Week; 7-night minimum required
- OFF-PEAK: 15 April through 14 December; 5-night minimum required, within villa's weekly rental calendar
- PREMIUM:
- Christmas Week minimums: $18,200 at San Michele, $15,750 at The Hermitage, $14,700 at Mullion Cove, $10,500 at Providence House, $8,400 at Cottonwood Cottage, $8,050 at Milestone Cottage
- New Year's Week minimums: $20,300 at San Michele, $17,850 at The Hermitage, $16,800 at Mullion Cove, $11,900 at Providence House, $9,100 at Cottonwood Cottage, $8,750 at Milestone Cottage
- Adults: Over 16 years of age.
- Maximum 2 guests per bedroom, unless otherwise arranged with management
- Added 15%: Staff gratuities (13%); Tax-deductible contribution to BEPA (Bluefields Environmental Protection Association -- 2%)
